Business Development Assistant
Job Description
We’re growing at pace due to the implementation of a new digital marketing model. We’re expanding our team and are now looking for a Business Development Assistant to help turn online enquires into leads for our sales team.
About the role –
This key member of the team will help us pre-qualify warm enquiries for our sales team. The role will involve:
· Following up on existing enquiries via the phone to discuss TriMedika products and services and finding out more about the customer’s needs
· Connecting with customers via social media platforms to follow up on enquiries
· Responding to customer messages in our Lead Generation platform
Ideally, we’d like someone with a keen interest in sales who is confident at talking to customers and taking a proactive approach to business development.
Min one year in a sales or business development role would be advantageous
